2. Domestic Shipping
We offer the following domestic shipping options within Canada:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Qualo Butterfly Kreationz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). You can track your order on the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues
Qualo Butterfly Kreationz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also contact us immediately at qualobutterflykreatioz@gmail.com so we can assist you with the claims process.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in working with the carrier to find a solution.
